NEW HIRE TRAINING
All new hires will be invited to participate in a specifically designed curricula to help you learn about the industry, our company and professional development topics that have shown to be beneficial to employees who’ve just come onboard.
A key component of this curricula is a two-day 'Getting to Know ConocoPhillips' orientation that you can attend within six months of joining us.
