If you do not find a suitable job opening that interests you, we encourage you to create a candidate profile of yourself and register your interest in a career with ConocoPhillips. This step by step guide is to help you create your candidate profile. Once new positions become available that match your profile and interest areas, you will receive an electronic notification inviting you to review and submit an application.
1. Login into the system
You can find Candidate Profile at the bottom right hand corner of the page. Then select Create/Access my profile.
You will be asked to read the Privacy Agreement and accept the relevant option before proceeding.
Existing registered users should enter their login details and slect Login. Then go to "Creating a Candidate Profile".
New users should select the new user option.
2. Creating Your Profile
Please have all of the necessary information available to complete your profile. We will ask about the following areas:
Have an up-to-date version of your CV ready to upload. This is optional.
Please input your name, address and contact details in this section.
Please provide us with your education history to date. Typically, we will only ask for the highest level of education achieved. If you do not see your institution listed, please select "other institution" to proceed with your application. Please list in chronological order with your most recent education first.
Please provide us with information about yoru previous work experience(s) including the key accountabilities and accomplishments from those jobs. Please list in chronological order with your most recent work experience first.
Attach an relevant files that support your application e.g. covering letters, resumes, references or academic transcripts.
Please specify the work preferences such as the job type, location, and the organization that you are interested in working in. You can select as many different combinations as you wish.
Review your candidate profile and when you are satisfied select Submit. To save and continue later, select Save as draft.
3. Editing your Profile
You can make changes to your candidate profile at any time. Find candidate profile at the bottom right hand corner of the page and select Access my Profile.
