Trading
We have numerous experienced staff trading a variety of commodities including crude oil, refined oil products, natural gas, LNG, coal, power and emissions.
Covering both entry-level, early career and experienced staff, there are numerous ‘back’ and ‘middle’ office functions offering excellent opportunities. These include roles in risk management, trading analysis, product control, scheduling, operations, marine management, contracts administration and compliance. The London office is also the location for our commercial development group. Their activities include market analysis, negotiations, business development and roles managing large scale and long-term structured contracts.
The Commercial Graduate Development Programme - London
The Commercial Graduate Development Programme (CGDP) is a two-year structured programme for graduate new hires to the London Commercial group.
This programme provides new graduates with the opportunity to learn more about the organisation and various aspects of the commercial business and help you decide on your preferred career path within the business.
CGDP employees will work one year in a commercial role and one year in a Finance/Risk management role, based in the London office. During this time you will also participate in training activities that will provide a solid foundation for your career with ConocoPhillips.
At both locations, employees are involved in a number of corporate functions that support the marketing sales channels and trading operations including finance, treasury legal, HR and IT.
